The high Robusta bean content of 70% ensures a rich crema that is dense and hazelnut brown. Just a typical Neapolitan. Thanks to the southern Italian dark roast, the espresso is low in acidity and caffeine. Elmir is very well suited as a base for cappuccino or latte macchiato.
