The wines of the Parra family are now among the best selling organic wines on the market and quite rightly so. The recipe for success sounds simple, but it is hard-earned: great diligence, with all humor consistent seriousness in the daily, quality-oriented work, coherent wines in a clear hierarchy, which have in common an amazing level of quality at reasonable prices. The old concrete barrels have given way to a modern cellar. New vineyards have been planted, interesting grape varieties new to the La Mancha region. In addition to the 150 hectares of vineyards, cereals, garlic and black truffle, require the commitment of the brothers. In 2012 they obtained certification according to Demeter guidelines. In the domed building, deliberately without electricity, only grapes cultivated by the labor of man are vinified at natural temperatures in amphorae and wooden barrels to produce very special wines. All cellar equipment is operated by hand.
