The 2019 grape harvest in Penedès had ideal weather conditions for vine growth. The high-quality and healthy grapes exhibited an optimal balance of acidity and sugar, making them suitable for various winemaking styles.
Rosa Cusiné Cava Microcuvée is made from 100% red Grenache grapes, which are cultivated according to organic and biodynamic guidelines. The vineyards are located 800 meters above sea level in the Penedès region.
The Rosa Cusiné Cava undergoes fermentation for 16 days in stainless steel tanks at 16 ºC. The second fermentation in the bottle lasts for 48 months. There is no aging in oak wood.
The 2019 Gran Reserva vintage was produced in limited quantities.
This wine pairs well with steamed vegetables, tuna tartare, and grilled salmon.
