Orzo Bimbo - Orzo - Gehmalen

With Orzo Bimbo ground barley, it is impossible to forgo the mocha and the Italian tradition of Orzo Bimbo at the table. Naturally sugar-free and with a distinctive aroma, it is easy to prepare. One package can make about 150 cups in a 3-cup moka pot.

Add the ground Orzo Bimbo barley to the filter of the moka pot, filling it halfway without pressing down. In the barley pot, simply add one tablespoon per cup to the filter. Alternatively, for herbal tea, add 2 tablespoons of Bimbo barley per half liter of boiling water. Wait for the water to come back to a boil. Remove from heat, let the barley powder settle, and strain through a sieve.
