Optimum Nutrition's 100% Whey Protein is made from protein sources including whey protein, whey protein isolate, and hydrolyzed whey peptides. This whey not only provides all the proteins and amino acids found in whey but also branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), glutamic acid, beta-lactoglobulin, alpha-lactalbumin, glycomacropeptides, and other specific proteins. The proteins used are ultra- or micro-filtered. Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein is rich in BCAAs and glutamine, tastes great, and is easy to digest. It does not thicken after mixing. Note: low in lactose.
Recommended intake: Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein is consumed in drink form, in amounts that depend on physical exertion, training intensity, and body mass. Depending on overall diet, it can be taken once to three times daily.
Drink preparation: Dissolve approximately 35 g in cool, low-fat milk (about 200 ml) or in cool water (about 200 ml). Ideally, a shaker cup is used.
