Tasting Note
Thanks to the significant temperature differences between day and night at 1,000 meters above sea level, this Malbec has a good acidity structure, soft tannins, and a robust body. The rather cool vintage of 2017 yields an elegance rarely achieved by PURO. This wine delights with its fruitiness and spiciness, as well as its great harmony. It is versatile - suitable for grilled dishes, stews, pasta, and risotto. It can be enjoyed excellently over the next 5 years.
