Inspired by nature and the unique character of Ibiza, Dieter Meier and his family had the idea in 2015 to capture the beauty of the island in a wine. Ibiza offers similar conditions to Mendoza, a place at the foot of the Argentine Andes, where the family has been producing excellent organic wines for over 25 years. By combining this expertise with the typical Ibizan terraced cultivation method, Ojo de Ibiza was born.

Instructions for use
An unusual wine from the famous island! Impenetrable violet-red colour. Intense, profound aroma of black elderberry, various flowers, mint, vanilla, rock and some smoke. Powerful and elegant at the same time, creamy and very dense with lots of juicy, irresistible fruit extract, fine-grained, solid tannins in the background, cool in appearance, very long finish with lots of fruit and again some mint. Store at a maximum of 15°C.
