Nicolussi-Leck Luis Cuvée Rot

The Vernatsch gives the Merlot in this cuvée the right flair. The aromas of black cherries, plums, cinnamon, cloves, and coniferous woods are typical for Merlot. The Vernatsch adds a bright mint note and a fresh, lively acidity. This successful cuvée is smooth and lightly buoyant, with subtle oak aging and moderate tannins – ideal for simpler dishes, but also hearty meals, or simply enjoyed in autumn with roasted chestnuts. As an IGT-classified wine, the vintage does not need to be indicated on the label; however, this is a pure 2019 vintage.
