Preparation: Naturata Chicory Coffee for filtering is very productive: Add one heaping teaspoon of chicory coffee powder (5-10g) per 200ml cup into a filter and pour boiling water over it. You can sweeten the finished chicory coffee to your liking or enhance it with a plant-based drink.

Production: The chicory coffee has been lovingly produced since the beginning in a small Swiss company with a long history. Through careful roasting and grinding of the chicory, the typically strong and full-bodied flavor is created. Before roasting, the chicory roots are chopped and dried. They are then gently roasted. The experience of the roaster plays a crucial role here: it must not be roasted too long, but also not too short. The roasted product is only coarsely ground, and the chicory coffee for filtering is ready.
