Production: Naturata cereal coffee has been lovingly produced since the beginning in a small Swiss family business with a long history. Before roasting, the chicory roots, acorns, and figs are chopped and dried, and the grains are malted for 1-3 days. During malting, the grains, rye, and barley are soaked and allowed to germinate. Subsequently, all components are gently roasted individually. Here, the experience of the roaster plays a crucial role: it must not be roasted too long, but also not too short. Each ingredient is roasted for the necessary duration to achieve a harmonious composition in the end. The roasted mixture is then coarsely ground, and the cereal coffee for filtering is ready.
