The Monin Paragon Timur Berry Cordial centers around the Nepali Timur pepper, harvested from small trees of the species Zanthoxylum armatum that grow wild in the Mahabharat mountain range. With its fresh and citrusy notes, it's easy to see why some refer to it as grapefruit pepper. This small berry is used in all dishes from the Teraï lowlands in southern Nepal.
Inspired by nature, this new generation of cordials showcases aroma at its best while providing a base that is perfectly balanced for sweet and sour - without the need to add sweetness or acidity.
