This passion fruit cake syrup can be used in your bakery in a variety of ways. For example, you can use it to soak your sponge cakes and add an extra flavor note, or to flavor and coat other desserts of your choice. We particularly enjoy using it on our Zuger Kirsch cake to give it that special taste.
Ingredients: Sugar, water, concentrated juice from passion fruits and other fruits, colorant: E161b, flavoring, emulsifiers: gum arabic, E445. Fruit juice content: 31%, of which 10% is passion fruit juice. Allergens: None.
