This caramel cake syrup can be used in many ways in your bakery. For example, you can soak your biscuits with it to give them an extra boost of flavor, or use it to flavor and coat other desserts of your choice. We particularly like to use it for our Zuger Kirsch cake to enhance its unique taste.
