Medium ruby red with sparkling garnet reflections, dense in colour. Delicate, silky bouquet, very typical of the variety of strawberries, cherries, subtle, peppery spiciness paired with beautiful notes of ageing (smoke, wood), fine, earthy nuance. Body: Long attack, noticeable compote notes on the palate, fine tannins in the mid-palate, well-integrated acidity, ageing flavours in the finish. Elegant wine that reflects its origin - young wines carafe.
