Moak Vivace

This robust espresso blend features a top-notch selection of Arabica (50%) and Robusta coffee beans sourced from the finest regions in Brazil, Costa Rica, India, and Ethiopia. A slow and gentle roasting process gives this coffee its strong and powerful character. It is a full-bodied coffee with strong notes of bittersweet chocolate, creating a wonderful crema. Caffè Moak was founded in 1967 in Modica. Giovanni Spadola's passion for coffee led him to open a very small coffee roastery next to his house in Modica Alta. It all started with a small Petroncini roaster for 15 kg. Today, Caffè Moak is known throughout Italy for its typically Sicilian coffee, dark and roasted a bit longer.
