Mirabeau en Provence Pure Rosé

Tasting Note
Pure finesse, from the silky, slightly silver-glossed rosé color to the thousand facets of its bouquet, featuring fragrant citrus fruits, pink grapefruit, and a hint of red summer berries. Delicately aromatic and nearly irresistible, with fresh acidity and an elegant finish.

Vinification
Maison Mirabeau harvests the grapes in the early morning hours. By picking during the cool night hours, maximum freshness can be extracted from the grapes. They are then gently pressed immediately in the absence of oxygen, with some being cold macerated and fermented under temperature control.
