Lurisia, in collaboration with the Slow Food Presidia (the so-called Presidia), has developed these drinks, which are made without preservatives or colourings and only with natural flavours. The Chinotto is made from the bitter oranges of Savona - simply ingenious. Only the world-famous Sfusato lemons from Amalfi are used for the Gazzosa. This ancient citrus fruit with oriental origins has been cultivated on the Ligurian Riviera since 1500.
