Bellini is a blend of two-thirds Prosecco and one-third juice from pressed white peaches. It is a slightly thick drink with an intense pink color, distinguished by beautiful peach aromas. With a fruit content of 30% and only 5% alcohol, it is an ideal drink for lovely spring and summer days; as an aperitif, it is enjoyable all year round.
