With its beautiful dark red color, our Grenache-Syrah-Mourvèdre Sélection Spéciale has complex and very intense aromas: garrigue, charcoal, fruits in alcohol, spices, and fine woods. Its tannins are strong yet ripe and very silky on the finish. This wine is very expressive and well-balanced despite its power. On the palate, it tastes of fruit alcohol and violet licorice. Its exceptionally round finish is characterized by a blend of fine wood notes (cedar) and mixed spices, with delicate roasted aromas at the end.

Instructions for use
A black-red cuvée, full-bodied, persistent and fruity. The medium-bodied bouquet of blackberry, cassis and dried plum is complemented by notes of coffee and smoke. The coffee notes intensify on the palate, the fruit is also precisely perceptible, along with soft tannins and spicy notes of pepper, liquorice and aniseed. The structure is soft, round and supple.
