Les Jamelles Écluse de la Méditerranée Pays d'Oc Sélec. Reserve

A dark red cuvée with slight violet reflections, full-bodied and long-lasting. It has a rather intense bouquet of ripe berry fruits, complemented by noble roasted aromas of coffee and mocha. On the palate, it offers a slightly sweet entry and impresses with its rich, intense, and complex fruit. Soft tannins and spicy notes also come to the fore. It enjoys a long-lasting finish. A good companion to beef and lamb dishes, mushroom dishes, and hard cheese.
