Intense, cherry red color, smooth. Intense and complex aromas of roasted coffee and dark chocolate, as well as hints of cinnamon, caraway, cooked fruits, and black, ripe cherries. The finish has nuances of licorice. The tannins are very well integrated and balanced, with fine oak notes in the aftertaste.

Instructions for use
This well-balanced, fruity, persistent and full-bodied cuvée is deep black-red in colour with light violet reflections. A rather strong bouquet of ripe cherries, damsons and black berries rises to the nose, along with floral notes of geranium and violets. On the palate, it is dry and fresh, with juicy tannins and a harmonious, full-bodied structure. The berry and stone fruit aromas are complemented by roasted notes of smoke, cocoa and chocolate as well as a hint of humus and a pleasant finish.
