Tasting notes
Dark ruby color with slightly orange edges. Intense on the nose, featuring aromas of vanilla, coconut, and blackberry. Full-bodied and well-structured on the palate, it offers a perfect balance between acidity and alcohol, with soft, silky tannins. The wine presents intense and complex fruit flavors, along with tertiary aromas of dried fruit and balsamic notes from wood aging, as well as a mineral quality. Very elegant, balanced, and dense, it has a long finish where blackberry notes resonate.

Vinification
36 months in American oak barrels.

Culinary recommendation
Pairs well with ham, dried meat, salami, steamed vegetables, paella, and meat dishes such as braised or roasted pork, beef, and lamb. Also complements a cheese platter.
