Discreet and translucent in the nose, with a bouquet of yellow stone fruits, citrus fruits and green apples. On the palate, it reveals itself as lively, slender and at the same time intense, rich and juicy, with the minerality typical of the Karthäuserhofberg. The finish is highly complex with a lingering scent of lemons.
