100% Arabica, Fair Trade, and organic. A well-tolerated coffee with unusually fine flavor nuances. Kaffa Wild Coffee is made exclusively from beans that grow wild in the forest and are hand-picked. In the mountain rainforests of Bonga in the Kaffa province of southwestern Ethiopia, wild Arabica coffee plants still grow today in an astonishing variety. Since this is not a pure plantation cultivation as is usually the case, the slightly speckled appearance of the beans is only logical and, unusually, not a sign of poor quality. The precious wild beans are hand-picked by farmers and sun-dried. The dried outer shell is then mechanically removed, the beans are hand-sorted, and packed into bags. Kaffa coffee is roasted in Switzerland. The wild Kaffa forest coffee has convinced us so much that it has opened up new horizons for us in multiple ways (taste, origin, project).
