Instructions for use | Chorey-les-Beaune is one of the communal appellations that are not as well known as the most famous in Burgundy, but offer excellent value for money. The commune lies between the famous vineyards of Aloxe-Corton and Savigny-les-Beaune. JOSEPH DROUHIN presses a red wine from the best grapes, which impresses with its intense fruity flavours of red berries (cherries, raspberries). This is followed by a skilful appearance on the palate with round, soft tannins and a balanced, nuanced fruit acidity. It is a straightforward, typical Burgundy with plenty of finesse and delicacy on the lingering finish. |
