Brilliant straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. The extremely intense aroma is elegant, fresh, and complex. It features a very fruity tone with notes of white fruits (pear and peach) and hints of citrus and passion fruit. Additionally, aromas of fennel, underbrush, and a slightly aniseed, balsamic background can be detected. On the palate, the flavors of fresh fruits reappear. The finish is smooth, full-bodied, and elegant with a slight lingering bitterness characteristic of the Verdejo grape variety. The wine has an excellent structure that supports a long finish.
