Product details
The high-quality wines of pioneer Jerry Lohr, an honorary doctor at the University of Davis in California, are the logical result of 50 years of experience in viticulture and winemaking. The right grape variety must be cultivated on the appropriate soil. This philosophy has been followed by the Jerry Lohr Winery since its founding in 1974 in San Jose. The products shine with their excellent quality and can undoubtedly be counted among the best in all of California. Today, J. Lohr Vineyards & Wines manages around 3,700 acres of vines in Paso Robles and Monterey County. Jerry Lohr's tireless pursuit of the perfect balance between nature and enjoyment earned him one of the most prestigious honors one can receive: In November 2016, Jerry was named an American Wine Legend by the Wine Enthusiast Wine Star Awards.
