Deep purple-red. Elegant and complex aroma of red berries, ripe strawberries, and spicy notes. Accessible, soft, and balanced on the palate with a long finish.
Vinification
To preserve the natural freshness, the grapes are harvested at night. Cold maceration of the mash for 3 days. Each grape variety is vinified separately. After temperature-controlled fermentation for 6 days at 22 to 24°C, the wine is aged for 4 months in new concrete tanks.
Culinary Recommendation
Pairs excellently with spicy pasta dishes, poultry, grilled meats, and soft cheese.
