Product details
The origins of the estate date back to the late 17th century. After the restoration of the buildings and the revival of viticulture, "Heredad de Urueña" currently has 25 hectares of vineyards. The vineyards are dedicated to the indigenous Tempranillo varieties, with smaller amounts of Syrah, Merlot, and Cabernet being cultivated. The Heredad vineyards in Morales de Toro are meticulously tended by Moisés Gamazo. Following the teachings of his father and grandfather, he also focuses on low yields and high quality. Furthermore, he believes that good wine is made not only in the winery but primarily in the vineyard. This aligns with the motto: combining traditional viticulture with the latest technology.
