Herbaria Maria Espresso ground 250g with Arabica beans from the highlands of Mexico and Robusta beans from India for a perfect crema. The wonderful Arabica and Robusta beans are roasted using a particularly gentle long-term drum roasting method. During this process, the beans are enveloped in hot air at low temperatures of 180 to 190 degrees in the roasting drum, allowing them to gently develop their full aroma and achieve an even color. At the same time, unpleasant acids are broken down. The master roaster, with his many years of experience, roasts each type of bean individually and with precision to perfection. Our Espresso Maria is characterized by low acidity, a full-bodied flavor, notes of brown sugar and caramelized nuts, as well as a perfect crema – a valuable and enjoyable espresso all around! The name "Maria" combines the origin of Mexico with the roasting and final processing in Bavaria. In both regions, "Maria" is a popular and widespread name.
