Herbaria Rudi Coffee decaffeinated whole beans 250g consists of 100% Arabica beans, which are organically grown under controlled conditions by the small farmer cooperative Selva Alta in the highlands of Peru and are gently decaffeinated using water and steam. The wonderful Arabica beans are roasted using a particularly gentle long-term drum roasting method. During this process, the beans are enveloped in hot air at low temperatures of 180 to 190 degrees in the roasting drum, allowing the Arabica beans to gently develop their full aroma and uniform color. At the same time, unpleasant acids are broken down. The master roaster, with his many years of experience, roasts each coffee variety individually and precisely to perfection.
