Herbaria Coffee Josef Bohne

Herbaria Josef coffee whole bean 250g is made from 100% Arabica beans grown organically in the highlands of Chiapas in Mexico by the small farmers of Unión La Selva. The wonderful Arabica beans are roasted using the particularly gentle long-term drum roasting method. In this process, the beans are enveloped in hot air at low temperatures of 180 to 190 degrees in the roasting drum - this gently gives the Arabica beans their full aroma and even colour. At the same time, unpleasant acids are broken down. The master roaster, with his many years of experience, roasts each type of coffee individually and sensitively to the point. Almost no acidity, a full flavour and a fruity, delicately nutty aroma characterise our Josef coffee. Valuable and enjoyable coffee all along the line! The name "Josef" combines the origin Mexico with the roasting and finished processing in Bavaria. Josef" is a popular and widespread name in both regions.
