Hemp tea consists of dried leaves, flowers and twigs of the hemp plant. Bio Suisse hemp tea is available in many different flavours - at Greenbird it is available in combination with edelweiss, Moroccan and apple mint, verbena and lemon balm. The tea made from the natural plant is said to have numerous positive benefits for health, mind and body. The preparation method is simple: steep the hemp tea in hot water for approx. 10 minutes and enjoy. The longer you leave it to infuse, the more bitter and intense the flavour becomes. If desired, the tea can also be flavoured with a spoonful of hemp seed oil.
