Gran Crema. The blend consists of Arabica beans. The included Arabica beans come from Brazil and Honduras. The coffee from Brazil is grown in the Cerrado region at an altitude between 850 and 1250 meters. After the coffee cherries are harvested, usually between August and September, they are processed using the natural method. This method involves drying the freshly harvested cherries to transfer the sugar from the pulp into the coffee bean. This results in a pleasant sweetness in the coffee with flavors of toasted bread and almonds. Varieties: Mundo Novo, Yellow Catuaì, and Bourbon.
