In the drum roaster, the beans are roasted for 12 to 20 minutes at a maximum temperature of 220 °C. This slow and gentle method allows the coffee to lose its bitter compounds, letting the precious aroma unfold perfectly. Whether as an espresso with a stable crema or as coffee, its full-bodied taste and light acidity make it particularly harmonious.
