The Gorilla Coffee House Blend is a refined coffee composition made from South American Arabica and Robusta beans. Due to the mild roasting, the coffee contains only a few bitter substances. The full-bodied flavor is enhanced by notes of chocolate and nuts. The coffee beans are sourced almost exclusively from highland crops and are roasted after harvesting using the traditional drum roasting method for a duration of twelve to twenty minutes at a maximum temperature of 220°C. This slow and gentle process allows the precious aromas of the Gorilla Coffee House Blend to develop. To ensure an optimal roasting time for each bean variety, they are processed in blending facilities to allow for a variety-specific roasting. This coffee blend is ideal for preparation in fully automatic machines as well as portafilters.
