The Mount Hermon Moscato is made exclusively from Muscat grapes, typically the first release from the Golan Winery. By halting the cold fermentation early, a lightly sparkling, wonderfully aromatic wine with a low alcohol content is created. A bottle of Hermon Moscato can be enjoyed right after purchase and should be consumed within 18 months.
