The Mount Hermon Indigo showcases ripe red and black fruit characteristics with attractive notes of earth, smoke, and spices. This delicious wine presents a good body and a lingering aroma. It is made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grapes sourced from a range of vineyards in the Golan Heights and an additional vineyard in Upper Galilee. The combination of these two classic red varietals gives this wine its beautiful indigo color. By undergoing malolactic fermentation, the wine can be bottled without sterile filtration.
