75% Arabica. A specialty roasted over oak wood from Tuscany. The "Nobile" is named after its relative, the eponymous wine from the same region around Montepulciano, thus bringing together the history and tradition of wine and coffee. GM Nobile impresses with a full body, a velvety texture, and a fruity aroma. It contains the finest gourmet coffee varieties from Central America. A small proportion of the best Robusta adds a rounded finish to this coffee. GM Caffè is a traditional family business from Terme di Montepulciano in Italy. It is still roasted in the traditional way using oak wood. The company is currently run by Maurizio Goracci in its third generation.
