A fresh, fruity, light, and somewhat sweet sparkling wine. Salmon pink in color. It has a rather subtle bouquet, yet possesses a certain complexity. The berry notes (strawberry, raspberry) dominate the aromas, accompanied by hints of pear, mandarin, slightly exotic scents, and strawberry jam. On the palate, the sparkling wine reveals a fine mousse, followed by a lovely interplay of sweetness and acidity. The body is medium in fullness and very harmonious. The palate showcases the dominant fruity character of this sparkling wine, complemented by delicate rose notes and a hint of candy. It has a medium-long finish.
