On the nose, aromas of red fruits reminiscent of raspberries and red cherries. On the palate, it is silky, elegant, and finely structured. A hint of vanilla complements the red fruit aromas. The finish reveals soft, fine tannins. A stylish and unique wine, shaped by the finesse of Pinot Noir, which marries excellently with Barbera. With some aging, the wine develops increasing complexity and smoothness. The name "Le Grive" means "song thrush." This bird lives near the vineyards and primarily feeds on the juniper berries found in the surrounding bushes.
