The grapes are hand-picked and transported to the winery in 20 kg boxes. After careful selection, they are moved to the fermentation tanks by gravity. The young wine matures for 14 months in oak barrels and an additional 6 months in the bottle.
Intense cherry red, with slightly mineral notes on the nose and an intense aroma of sweet black fruits. Good fullness and velvety tannins. Juicy, aromatic, and full of finesse and elegance!
