Ferrari Maximum Rosé Brut 0.75 l

Delicate pale pink color. Persistent perlage. Subtle nose of raspberries and ripe peach, with a hint of yeast. Remarkably complex. On the palate, it displays great elegance. The aromas from the nose are echoed. Additionally, there are almost balsamic notes. The finish is notably long and characterized by delicate yeast notes.

Winemaking: Maximum Rosé Brut is made from 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, harvested in the first half of September. The vineyards are located in various municipalities of the Etsch, Cembra, and Laghi valleys at altitudes between 300 and 700 meters above sea level. After the second fermentation, the Brut is aged on the lees for 36 months.
