Product details
"Feldschlösschen Alkoholfrei Lager is the result of a brewing process that has been perfected and honed over many years: a harmonious, mild, alcohol-free lager with a well-balanced body.
Feldschlösschen Alkoholfrei is a light yellow beer without alcohol, with a delicate body. The nose reveals slightly beery notes. There is a slight sweetness on the palate that lingers until the mildly bitter finish. Despite its subtle flavour, Feldschlösschen Alkoholfrei is wonderfully fresh and offers full beer enjoyment at all times.
The beer wort is produced in the traditional way in the copper kettles in the brewhouse. Our fermentation and storage cellar contains modern tanks in which the wort is fermented with the help of our own brewer's yeast and the finished beer is then stored and matured. The matured beer is tasted by our master brewers and tested for quality. The beer is then filtered and carefully bottled."
