Tasting Note
This powerful and very elegant wine, which reflects the finesse of the Nebbiolos from the "il Lazzarito" vineyard, comes from over 80-year-old vines that still exude strength and energy despite their age. The aroma of small red fruits blends with sweet spices and licorice. On the palate, the wine is smooth and elegant with long-lasting, soft tannins.

Vinification
Fermentation occurs through a 30-day maceration on the grape skins. The wine is then aged for 30 months in 2,000-liter oak barrels and rests for at least another 2 years in the bottle before sale.

Culinary Recommendation
Pairs well with roasts and game, hearty, spicy dishes, and aged cheese.
