Viki Benavides demonstrates her expertise with this Tinta de Toro - a concentrated version of Tempranillo - from old vines. The Crianza aged for two years in barrel and bottle and is now ready to drink: juicy, aromatic, and complex. It has a powerful nose with notes of violet, rose, and sandalwood. Delightfully fresh and easy to drink, the tannins are relaxed, the fruit shines, and it has both juiciness and bite. It pairs elegantly with lamb chops and is enjoyable with braised dishes. It complements spicy hard cheeses like Manchego or Sbrinz beautifully.
