Product details
Now color your food truly naturally – with the food colors from Eat a Rainbow. Whether it's icing, cupcakes, frostings, or chocolate – with the coloring food powder, your creativity in the kitchen knows no bounds. The natural food colors are made from 100% fruits, vegetables, and edible plants. Thus, they are vegan, gluten-free, and free from chemical additives. Bright, natural green from nature for your cupcakes and cakes. The natural green hue is derived from blue spirulina algae and yellow safflower. This way, you can naturally color your cookies, frostings, desserts, and much more in a vibrant green. Since the spirulina algae is sensitive, you need to be careful not to expose this color to high heat for too long (such as during baking in the oven). Prolonged exposure to high heat will cause the color to fade and become less intense.
