Instructions for use
1 - 2 servings per day. Enjoy the product before training, after training or anytime you want a high quality drink with a high protein content. Preparation: Stir 31 g powder (approx. 1 measuring spoon - enclosed) into 240 ml water and mix well. As part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
