Duckhorn Vineyards Chardonnay Napa Valley

In 2012, Duckhorn Vineyards produced their first Chardonnay using grapes from the coolest regions of Napa Valley. In the cellar, classic fermentation techniques in French oak with yeast are employed, resulting in a Chardonnay that balances the complexity and richness of Napa Valley. The nose is filled with enticing aromas of lemon crème, orange blossom, lime, and candied pineapple. On the palate, it is juicy, with vibrant flavors of pear and white peach, along with a hint of brioche. It leaves a lush, silky mouthfeel with a long, concentrated finish.
