It can be used to thicken soups and sauces or to refine cakes, tarts and biscuits. Gustin fine cornflour is gluten-free. Dr Oetker Gustin fine cornflour is stirred into hot food and briefly brought to the boil or baked into pastries. The dosage depends on the individual recipe.
